We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Framart. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, you can return the item within 7 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Returns must be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

- Return Instructions: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with instructions on how and where to send your return.
3. Are there any return shipping costs?
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Framart is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
4. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Be sure to include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
5. What items are non-returnable?
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom-made or personalized frames
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
6. How long does it take to process a return?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed within 6 – 14 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
7. Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item following the process above and place a new order for the replacement.

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time frame, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
